![]() Advertise My House On The InternetIn this modern day and age advertising your house on the internet is the first way to go. Few if any houses are sold without some level of marketing and information gathering on the Internet. You don't have to have a lot of knowledge about the internet, The House Sale will do all the work for you. Property owners have saved up to £82,000 by shunning estate agents in favour of selling their homes themselves. Experts say there has been a massive increase in the number of people who are advertising their homes independently over the internet. The trend is being fuelled by rising house prices and homeowners' growing disillusionment with estate agents and their enormous fees. A poll by London's Evening Standard of people who have sold their homes themselves found that significant savings can be made. In one case the owner of a house in Kensington, West London, sold it privately and saved £82,250 in estate agent fees. Another advantage for vendors is that because they are in control of the selling process they can be sure of getting the best deal. Conveyancer Karen Babington, who has charted the rising number of clients using the web, said: 'The transparency and efficiency of internet communications means sellers are questioning why estate agents are charging 10 times as much as conveyancing solicitors. 'Selling privately makes the cost of home moving much more affordable.' |
